General Introduction
YAOAN full-automatic curtain rail extrusion line is professionally developed for continuous production of various plastic curtain sliding tracks. It is available in two mainstream models: conical twin-screw extruder for rigid PVC / nano-PVC curtain profiles and single-screw extruder for PP & PC transparent silent curtain rails. Finished curtain tracks are widely exported to overseas markets, with stable running performance and flexible formula adjustment to meet diverse production requirements from global decoration manufacturers.

1. Raw Material Feeding System
Equipped with automatic vacuum feeding unit to realize closed, dust-free automatic conveying of PVC powder, PP/PC pellets, color masterbatch and functional additives. The feeding system links with main extruder to avoid material bridging or intermittent feeding, effectively improving production stability and workshop cleanliness.
2. Main Extruder Unit
Option A: SJSZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder (for PVC/Nano PVC curtain track)
- Screw and barrel adopt 38CrMoAlA alloy steel with overall nitriding treatment, featuring high wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance, specially optimized screw groove design for direct extrusion of PVC powder without pre-pelletizing.
- Equipped with ABB frequency converter and Omron segmented PID temperature control system, compound cooling of air cooling & oil cooling prevents PVC thermal decomposition, temperature control accuracy within ±1℃. Main driving power is 37kW for stable long-term non-stop production.
- Normal production speed under vacuum calibration: 10~15 m/min, maximum speed up to 32 m/min for thin lightweight curtain rails. Output ranges from 120kg/h to 180kg/h.
Option B: SJ55 Single Screw Extruder (for PP/ABS transparent curtain track)
- Screw L/D ratio is 30:1, 38CrMoAlA nitrided screw fits low to medium viscosity PP and high rigidity PC raw materials, realizing uniform plasticization without material scorch or surface speckle.
- Frequency speed regulation + precise multi-section temperature control adapts the narrow forming temperature range of PP and PC. Standard vacuum shaping speed:12~16 m/min; high-speed thin-wall production reaches 38 m/min, suitable for high-end transparent silent curtain rail manufacturing.
3. Vacuum Cooling & Calibration Table
Full SUS304 stainless steel water tank with adjustable three-dimensional calibration mold and segmented independent vacuum chamber. Negative pressure vacuum fixes the outline of curtain track, circulating gradient cooling eliminates internal stress of extruded profiles, ensuring consistent groove dimension and uniform wall thickness without deformation or bending. Quick replacement of calibration mold supports switching production of single track, double track, triple track and bendable curved curtain rails.
4. Variable Frequency Haul-off Machine
Dual rubber clamping structure with stepless speed regulation, running speed synchronously interlocked with main extruder. Soft clamping avoids indentation on finished curtain profiles, stably pulls different specification straight or curved curtain tracks without stretching deformation.
5. Fixed-length Cutting Machine
Saw cut design controlled by PLC, automatic fixed-length cutting according to preset parameter. Cutting section is smooth and burr-free, cutting tolerance controlled within ±0.5mm. Optional online automatic punching attachment to form mounting holes on curtain track in one-step molding, saving secondary processing cost.
6. Finished Product Receiving Rack
Finished curtain rails fall automatically onto stacking rack after cutting for neat collection. The whole set of production line adopts centralized PLC touch screen control, all production parameters can be stored and recalled for quick formula switching during different product changeover.

Q1: What is the guarantee of the machine?
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
